EPLR is a public interest information resource maintained by a private individual citizen of India. It compiles and presents information about examination paper leak incidents that have been reported in the public domain — including news media, official government statements, court filings, and public records.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure: The platform's owner holds a primary membership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) but is not an active member, does not hold any party office, and is not involved in any party activity. This is disclosed voluntarily in the interest of transparency.
